LOBBY SIGN-IN

All bathers who use the spa -- lodging guests and walk-ins -- must sign in and pre-pay before bathing in the Wet Room or Historic Baths.
THE WET ROOM

The Wet Room is a tropical paradise -- a large soaking pool with steps, ledges and benches so you can be in whatever depth of hotspring water you prefer. There is also a geothermal steam room, with thin sheets of water trickling down each wall, and a drenching waterfall that massages your back and neck and shoulders.
Your bath in the Wet Room is always private, and we provide your towels and drinking water.
The Wet Room is available for an additional $25 per hour (or $20 if purchased pre-arrival). If you purchase a Wet Room we suggest you visit the Lobby and reserve your hour (or hours, if you've purchased more than one Pass) in the Wet Room as soon as you arrive at Blackstone Hotsprings. Time slots are available between 9am and 9pm (except for Fridays from 9am-noon, when the Wet Room is closed for maintenance).
Walk-in bathers can use the Wet Room (based on availability) between 9am and 9pm for $25 per hour (one or two people; additional bathers are $10/each). Whether you stop by or reserve on the phone, please be prepared to pay in full so that we can hold your time slot.

HISTORIC BATHS
Original from the 1930s

You'll find the hottest water on the property in the Historic Baths, with temperatures ranging from 110 - 112 degrees. Cold "city water" is also provided so that you can cool the water if you prefer it less hot.
The Historic Baths provide the perfect atmosphere for a peaceful soak. Each has been fully renovated and features new tile, soft lighting, and a window that can be opened for ventilation.
The Historic Baths were originally built in the 1930s. During renovation we found evidence of 10 baths in the original bathhouse. We were able to preserve four of them. Two became the Historic Baths. The third is in The Studio, while the fourth will most likely be available to guests when we add another lodging room down the line.

OUR WATER

Truth or Consequences was originally called Hot Springs, New Mexico because the downtown actually floats on top of a huge hot spring. (See a historic brochure from the '30s promoting Hot Springs as the City of Health.)
Our natural spring water comes from the ground at the perfect temperature for bathing. And while it includes a high mineral concentration, our water is crystal clear and it has no unpleasant odor.
The Spa at Blackstone Hotsprings offers mineral baths to both lodging guests and day-use guests.
